Service terms

Effective November 2, 2026. Fractional SIO is a service of Higham Ventures, LLC.

Inquiries and proposals

Submitting an inquiry does not book an appointment, create a paid engagement, or authorize a charge. Website prices describe starting packages in US dollars. Availability, deliverables, timing, payment terms, and any cancellation or refund arrangements will be agreed in a written proposal before work begins.

Project scope

The opportunity review covers a discovery session, up to three workflows, and written recommendations. Setup projects cover one agreed workflow and start at $1,500. The $750 monthly support package includes up to five hours per month. Third-party subscriptions and usage charges are separate. Additional work needs an agreed quote.

AI limitations and approvals

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Important communications, business decisions, and sensitive actions require human review under the agreed setup. We do not guarantee sales, time savings, or a particular financial return. Interactive examples on this site use sample data and are not live AI services.

Your business information

You must have the right to provide the materials and access required for a project. Data access, permitted providers, security requirements, and approval responsibilities must be agreed before connecting business systems. Do not include confidential customer records or credentials in the initial inquiry.
